With this in mind, we talked to one of our Nabo businesses who have also joined OneFlare to understand how they found the OneFlare experience.
Small business owner Chris, who operates JCO Cleaners Sydney, decided to contact Oneflare after seeing their ad on Nabo promoting Oneflare’s service of connecting businesses to customers looking to get a range of different jobs done by local businesses.
After registering his interest, a member of the Oneflare Support team called Chris to provide all the information needed to help him get the most out of the Oneflare service.
As Chris explains, “The team member that I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me comprehensive advice on everything I needed to know to start using Oneflare. They provided me with all the necessary information such as how to receive and quote on leads, how the credit system works, how to optimise my business profile and what the benefits of a premium business listing are.”

How Oneflare has worked for Chris
Since signing up to Oneflare JCO Cleaners has been successfully hired a number of times. “I am always notified of potential jobs in my area via the Oneflare app that I can quote on.”
Oneflare actively ask customers to review the businesses they hire through the platform on their website, as businesses that have more reviews on their profile page are more likely to get hired. Chris always asks his customers to review his service after the job is completed and believes that "great reviews are one of the best ways for customers to evaluate if the business is worth hiring.”
Quality of Leads
Chris describes the quality of leads that he’s received so far as “very good”. When customers post a potential job on Oneflare they are asked a series of questions about the type of job needed, for example with home cleaning jobs they will be asked what type of clean is needed i.e. bond, commercial, house, carpet cleaning etc, property type i.e. apartment, townhouse, unit, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms, how regularly the customer would like their home to be cleaned, when they would like the clean to take place and any further details. For Chris, “this provides me with all the necessary information I need to see if its a job I can realistically complete and to respond with an accurate quote, detailing the factorsthat affect the total price - cleaning outside windows, for example, may increase the price of the quote.”
Ease of Use
Oneflare have spent a great deal of money, time, research and development into making their platform as easy to use as possible for businesses. Chris explains that the Oneflare app is “extremely user friendly, allowing me to manage, quote and respond to customer jobs on the go. I experienced one issue with the platform early on but this was fixed as soon as I reported it to the Oneflare team.”
